HAWAIIAN DRESS UP DAY AND OWLS

Today was the first dress up day of the school year ... Hawaiian day. The kids loved my hat. I took some pictures of the kids which are below. We also did a craft today, owls. They are so cute because each students owl looks just a little bit different. So I am also posting a couple of pictures of them. I love the one owl who is slightly tilted and he is looking up. Lots of fun.

Irene, "your" kids are absolutly adorable! It takes me back to San Diego! I think you're right about the owls! That one, looking up, is really cute. We did "kids"...we gave the kids a choice of "skin" colors, and they were supposed to make a boy or girl "doll"(that looked like them) to hang on the windows for Open House. When they got done, you could tell which one was which! Kids are so creative, if you let them be! I love the "dress up" day idea! Are you gonna do something for Halloween?
